We offer Preliminary Works Agreements (PWA’s) that transform your initial ideas into a fully approved project, ready for construction.
Our PWA follows a 2 stage process: Concept and Planning & Construction.
As construction begins, you'll have direct access to your assigned Project Manager, who will be your main point of contact throughout the entire pool build process. They will liaise with you regularly, ensuring clear communication and transparency as your pool and outdoor area takes shape. To keep you fully informed, your Project Manager will schedule regular meetings to review the progress of your project, address any concerns, and ensure that everything aligns with your vision.
Upon completing your pool, we will conduct a handover where we provide all warranties and manuals. Additionally, we will arrange for a professional to guide you through the pool system, explaining its operation and maintenance. This ensures you feel confident using and caring for your new pool from day one.
Even with limited access, it's often possible to install a pool. However, we do need to ensure there is sufficient access for machinery to excavate. It’s best to give us a call to discuss your specific situation. We can explore the best options for your property and determine the most feasible approach.
We specialise exclusively in concrete pools.
For a rectangular 4x8 pool, the construction process typically takes about 3 months to complete. This is the pool itself, fully tiled with coping and operational.
