Custom Homes built to cater for your lifestyle
Our team works collaboratively to bring your vision to life, creating a home that is truly yours, reflecting your style, personality, and way of life.
During your new build we are with you through every stage of your project. We offer comprehensive support, from your hand drawn sketch or ideas to concept plans, through council approvals, and into construction. If you have plans and council approvals in place we are more than happy to collaborate with you on the build. At Desyn, each stage of our process is customised to suit our clients and their individual projects.
During your initial consultation with Desyn, we will take the time to thoroughly understand your goals and brief for your home. If design services are needed, we will discuss key considerations such as lifestyle requirements, material preferences, budget, and options to ensure every aspect aligns with your vision.
We offer Preliminary Works Agreements (PWA’s) that transform your initial ideas into a fully approved project, ready for construction.
Our Prelim work agreement follows a three-stage process: Concept, Planning and Construction.
As construction begins, you'll have direct access to your assigned Project Manager, who will be your main point of contact throughout the entire building process. They will liaise with you regularly, ensuring clear communication and transparency as your home takes shape. To keep you fully informed, your Project Manager will schedule regular meetings to review the progress of your project, address any concerns, and ensure that everything aligns with your vision.
Upon completion of your property, we will conduct a comprehensive pre-handover inspection to ensure that every detail meets both your expectations and our high standards. This final review is a critical step in ensuring that we have delivered on our promises.
After this review, we will invite you to your property for a personal inspection, where we will walk you through your finished home, address any final questions, and ensure you are ready to move in. During this meeting, we will also present you with all the necessary warranties, instructions, certificates, and, of course, the keys to your new home.
The duration of the preconstruction process varies based on the scope and complexity of the project. For a complete preconstruction process that includes design, engineering, and council approval, you should generally allow 9-12 months.
Yes, we can definitely manage the construction phase for you.
The duration of a home renovation or extension varies depending on the scope and complexity of the project. It’s challenging to provide an accurate estimate without understanding the specific details. Once the design and specifications are finalised, our Projects and Construction team will provide a tailored estimate of the expected project timeline.
